Introduction

You will need to use the QuadXRotationDiagram to complete some of the steps

    • In the startup menu on the Ground Control GUI, check the box for running the motors at a 10% test.

    • Stand clear of the quadcopter, but close enough to monitor the direction of rotation of each motor.

    • Make sure each motor is spinning in the direction indicated by the attached diagram.

  1. If one of the motors is spinning in the opposite direction, you will need to switch two of the motor wires. Disconnect all three motor wires from the ESC. Switch two wires' position, it does not matter which two.
    • If one of the motors is spinning in the opposite direction, you will need to switch two of the motor wires.

    • Disconnect all three motor wires from the ESC.

    • Switch two wires' position, it does not matter which two.

    • Plug the wires back into the ESC and repeat the test.

    • Remember to check each motor.

    • When done, zip tie the wires to the frame as shown.
